As far as the materials are concerned, I highly recommend 'English for Presentations' by Marion Grussendorf, Oxford University Press, 2007. This book has a CD as well with listening texts and interactive activities. It is for B1-B2 levels (CEF).

A useful activity for teaching telephone English is 'A Telephone Maze' which can be found in Camebridge Business English Activities (Camebridge University Press).

You could also try 'Who's Calling Please' which is taken from Business Communication Games (Oxford University Press).
