Business English for Elementary Level
Problem Statement: beginner/elementary students
are often at Present Simple level, thus many exercises
have to be heavily adapted or discarded. Here are some
findings that may prove to be practical in class.
Low Level English Lessons are not very Business
English like but printed and adapted exercises would possibly be.
Handouts Online
are a paid website but offers some free samples that could pass for a mixture of
General and Business English.
Chris’ TEFL teacher resource site is something new to me.
This site has got teaching activities in PDF format and
teacher notes. I think this would be great to supplement
Business English elementary levels when adapted where
necessary, for example, cut out Past Simple sentences
if the students are not familair with the tense.
In Company Elementary online activities. Be careful when
choosing for some contain higher language units (
Present Perfect).
