Mistakes in Class
These are some mistakes I could note down in Thursday’s discussion session.
1.One of them are scared by the food.
2.In the picture we can see a house woman carrying a shoulder pole.
3.The economic in China developed quickly.
4.The another problem is…
5.No place is a security place for you.
6.I hadn’t the TRR with me.
What are the problems?

->I didn’t have the TRR with me.

Louie: 1. and 6. are spot on.
With 3. I suggest using economy or economic situation and to say that it ‘has developed’ OR ‘is developing’. In the case of China the latter is probably more suitable as the economy is still growing. They are both very close though
5. look at the definition of security. ‘With lots of security my house would be ____’ find the word missing and that will give you the correct word for this sentence.
4. Another is singular so perhaps we can shorten this sentence?
